Warmly, the AI-powered pipeline acceleration platform, has secured $6 million in Series A+ funding. The round was led by RTP Global, a new investor, with participation from existing investors Felicis and NFX. This follows the $11 million Series A round raised in October 2023. By leveraging AI to deliver ready-to-convert prospects to sales teams, the platform enhances pipeline efficiency and revenue generation for SMB-sized B2B companies.

"More SMBs are waking up to the fact that cold B2B sales outreach isn’t working, and world-class data makes warmer outreach possible. Infusing this data into sales tech stacks holds massive possibilities. We’ve seen first-hand how it can bring in millions of dollars of new revenue. The RTP team understand this, and we’re delighted to have them on board as new investors. In 2025, we want to triple our ARR again while maintaining the high levels of customer satisfaction and renewals we’re experiencing today. A larger sales and marketing team will help us get there," says Maximus Greenwald, Co-founder & CEO of Warmly.

Unlike competitors that provide company-level intent insights, this platform identifies buying intent at the individual level, offering more actionable intelligence for sales conversations. Unlimited seats ensure that businesses of all sizes can scale operations without restrictions. In 2024, Warmly surpassed $3 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and 300 customers, including B2B software companies such as New Relic, Cyberhaven, and CircleCI. The new investment will support an expansion of sales and marketing efforts, doubling the European headcount to 20 and increasing the global team to 50 members.

New funding will also drive enhancements to platform capabilities. Upcoming updates will introduce advanced data quality functionalities, allowing users to set custom thresholds for lead quality. Continued AI integration will further streamline sales processes, aligning with Warmly’s vision of AI-driven lead generation at scale. By automating personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn, the platform ensures sales teams engage with prospects at the optimal time.

"Company and intent data has become a commodity for the modern sales team. That’s especially true in today’s climate of layoffs and budget cuts, where companies of all sizes are receiving fewer inbound leads. Warmly’s platform helps sales and marketing teams buck this trend to establish strong pipelines despite the headwinds. That’s why it’s no surprise to see Warmly’s accelerating customer adoption and we’re looking forward to supporting it on its continued path to growth," says Orson Stadler, Principal at RTP Global. With strong investor backing and a clear growth trajectory, Warmly continues to redefine AI-powered sales acceleration, helping businesses drive revenue in an evolving market.
