Driven Raises €1.5M to Transform Sales Commissions With AI

Driven, an AI-powered platform designed for managing sales commissions, has secured €1.5 million in a funding round led by Pitchdrive, with Newschool VC also joining in. Support came from well-known figures in the Ghent tech community, including Jeroen de Wit (Teamleader), Gilles Mattelin, Jorn Vanysacker, Wouter Van Respaille (Henchman), and Matthias Geeroms (Lighthouse). “Driven keeps sales teams sharp and gives managers an easy way to follow performance live,” says CEO Ludovic Diercxsens.

The platform was created to solve inefficiencies caused by commission agreements tracked in static Excel files, which are often updated weeks or months later. That delay frequently generates frustration due to a lack of transparency and communication. With Driven, sales representatives gain a real-time overview of goals and corresponding commissions, while managers can set and adjust targets and rewards based on live and historical data.

By integrating an AI assistant, Driven enables companies to analyze financial performance, CRM data, and industry benchmarks. This functionality helps managers align expectations, refine compensation plans, and assess how commissions affect profitability. As CEO Ludovic Diercxsens explains: “Driven is the tool that motivates sales teams through smart incentives. You immediately see how a reward impacts a salesperson’s drive. By making goals visible and dividing them fairly, everyone in the company knows exactly what they’re working toward. That clarity instantly lifts motivation.”

The platform also addresses poor data quality in CRM systems. Direct integration with Hubspot and Salesforce connects commissions to existing data, encouraging sales teams to maintain accurate records. CTO Andres De Jonge emphasizes this benefit: “Our platform plugs directly into major CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce. Commissions are linked straight to the data in those systems. That way, salespeople have every reason to keep the CRM up to date. Better data automatically means better sales.”

Having emerged from the Start it @KBC accelerator and developed within the StarApps stable, Driven is now focused on scaling operations. The funding round was led by Pitchdrive with participation from Newschool VC (Christophe Morbee), Gilles Mattelin (Henchman), Jorn Vanysacker (Henchman), Wouter Van Respaille (Henchman), Niels Van Den Buverie (Stardekk), Jeroen De Wit (Teamleader), Nicolas Debray (Startup Awards), Vincent Goemaere (Stardekk), Matthias Geeroms (Lighthouse), Stan De Pauw (Dexxter), Roeland Delrue (Aikido), Jean Diercxsens, Joppe Goossens (Tafelzeilopmaat), Wim Flo, Ridge Verschueren (MarketOnWeb), Jeroen Vroman, William Diercxsens, Louis Mahy (Hench gang), Julien Steel (Hench gang), Louis Opsomer (Hench gang), and Jonas Deprez (Donna). Early adopters already include companies such as cybersecurity firm Aikido and tractor distributor De Lille.

“More and more sales teams are finding their way to us. Cybersecurity company Aikido and tractor distributor De Lille are two of the most recent to make the switch. By 2026, we want to hit €1 million in revenue. To get there, we’ll be hiring three more people this September. Our ambition remains big. We want to become Europe’s leading player in flexible, smart compensation,” concludes Ludovic.
