Gumloop has secured a $3.1 million seed round led by First Round Capital, with participation from Y Combinator and angel investors.

Gumloop is a platform designed for work automation, allowing users to create AI-powered workflows with a drag-and-drop interface, no coding experience required.

Most people want AI to handle tasks, but traditionally, automating anything beyond a simple ChatGPT query required coding skills. Those within a business who understand the need for automation often lack the technical skills to implement it, while engineers, who have the skills, are usually busy, detached from the problem, and expensive.

This bottleneck prevents businesses from reaching their full potential. Gumloop addresses this issue by empowering non-technical users to leverage AI for automation.

Originally started just a year ago as a side project for a small Discord community, Gumloop has grown significantly, leading to this successful seed funding round.
