Beamline Accelerator, in cooperation with Cleantech for Baltics, is bringing the best green tech deals from the New Nordics to Estonia - and the winner of the Beamline’s Breakthrough startup competition will receive a syndicated investment.
Beamline is launching Beamline’s Breakthrough, an annual startup competition aimed at building a strong bridge between the Nordic and Baltic impact investment communities. The first edition of the competition will take place during the innovation day of Cleantech Capital Day 2025 — the annual flagship event for sustainable innovation in the Nordics. This year, the event will be held for the first time in Tallinn on May 19–20.
Cleantech Capital Day brings together the strongest cleantech companies from the New Nordic region, alongside key investors, industry leaders, and stakeholders from across Europe, the Nordics, and the Baltics. The event is organized by Cleantech Scandinavia, with Estonian co-organizers Beamline, Estonian Cleantech Association and Cleantech for Baltics.
The Beamline’s Breakthrough competition—held within the event—is a meeting point for future-proof startups and investors who are eager to help them scale. It’s a platform to discover the next cleantech game-changer from the Baltics and offer them the springboard to success, along with access to strong networks in both the Nordics and Baltics.
The winner will be awarded a syndicated investment curated by leading players in the cleantech sector during Cleantech Capital Day. This prize will provide vital financial and strategic support for rapid growth. Applications for the pitching competition are open until May 1, 2025, and the semi-finals and finals will be held on May 20 during the event.
