Antwerp based ImpactPilot, an AI platform that helps companies retain and grow their existing customers, has raised 500,000 euros in an early funding round. The round is led by Amsterdam based venture capital fund Dutch Operator Fund, with participation from private investors from the tech ecosystem in the United States, the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.

Customer success managers play a key role in the commercial growth of companies. They are responsible for customer retention and growth. Customer success teams are expected to proactively assess which customers are at risk of churning, while also proposing new services or products. Yet today, these teams still spend around a third of their time on manual tasks, such as logging activities, updating customer data in the CRM or preparing internal reports.

Based on that observation, Pieter Boon (CEO) and Konstantin Goncharuk (CTO) founded ImpactPilot in early 2025. By integrating with the CRM of market leader HubSpot, the AI platform automatically analyses customer interactions and data to detect churn and identify new commercial opportunities within the existing customer base.

ImpactPilot sees signals that business leaders miss, so action can be taken quickly,” says Pieter Boon, Founder and CEO of ImpactPilot. “Manual work is reduced to a minimum, allowing customer success teams to fully focus on their customers. Traditional customer success platforms require months to get up and running. With ImpactPilot, teams are up and running in just a few clicks.

That customer centric approach is clearly resonating. In just a few months, revenue grew by a factor of 4 and ImpactPilot now serves more than 25 customers worldwide. Customers also see immediate, measurable impact, sometimes delivering a return of up to 20 times the cost of the product.

Driving growth forward

Pieter Boon and Konstantin Goncharuk are no strangers to entrepreneurship. Previously, together with Rutger Teunissen, they founded 24sessions, a startup focused on digital customer conversations, which was acquired in 2021 by Dutch marketing platform Messagebird.

Today, they are raising 500,000 euros with ImpactPilot from Amsterdam based venture capital fund Dutch Operator Fund and a group of private investors from the international tech ecosystem. With the new funding, the founders aim to further expand their teams, sharpen AI automation and accelerate marketing activities across Europe and the United States.

We immediately recognised the problem ImpactPilot is solving. Retention is one of the biggest challenges today, especially for SaaS companies,” says Jeroen Bertrams, investor at Dutch Operator Fund. “We were drawn to ImpactPilot’s AI driven approach and its deep integration with HubSpot. Pieter and Konstantin have already built a successful company, and we strongly believe they have what it takes to build another successful startup.
