Tana has secured a $14M Series A investment led by Tola Capital, with support from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Northzone, Alliance VC, and firstminute capital, bringing total funding to $25M. This investment will drive the mission to transform human-computer collaboration through AI agents and voice-powered workflows.

Work today is inefficient, with constant switching between tools leading to lost knowledge. Tana solves this by offering an AI-native workspace designed for seamless interaction. Key innovations include a knowledge graph that mirrors human thinking, proactive information surfacing, and Supertags that instantly structure unorganized data.

Tana’s knowledge graph allows fluid connections, helping users and AI discover insights naturally. Proactive information surfacing delivers relevant data without manual searches. Supertags transform unstructured information into structured workflows, making AI an active collaborator rather than a passive tool.

The response has been overwhelming, with over 160,000 people joining the waitlist, including employees from 80% of Fortune 500 companies. "Tana is like having a superpower at work. It is the best tool we currently have to prepare our organization for the inevitable: The increasing rate of change, the need for collaboration, and the information flow that comes with the advent of AI," said Andre Foeken, CTO of Nedap. Investors include Lars Rasmussen (Google Maps), Olivier Pomel (Datadog), Holly Branson (Virgin), Arash Ferdowsi (Dropbox), Siqi Chen (Runway), Ali Abdaal, and Phil Morle.

With this funding, Tana will advance AI-driven collaboration, expand voice-first workflows, and introduce a new way to share and access proprietary knowledge. "I’ve loved being an early adopter of Tana and I’m a believer in the team’s incredible vision to revolutionize knowledge work for high-speed organizations. They’ve built one of the most impressive AI agents I’ve ever seen and infused it into every part of the product," said Nnamdi Iregbulem, Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners.
