AI-powered property management startup Lette, operating from Dublin and London, has raised $6.5 million in Seed funding to expand its platform for residential property operators. The round was led by Peak, with participation from Pitchdrive, Heliad, Foreword VC, Adeline and angel investors, including Intercom co-founder Des Traynor. The funding will support further product development, hiring and expansion across the UK and Europe.

Founded by Mohan Sai, CEO, and Jakub Rajek, CPO, Lette develops AI agents that automate administrative and operational tasks throughout the residential leasing process. The platform helps property managers handle enquiries, coordinate viewings and leasing activities, respond to residents and manage maintenance requests while integrating with their existing property management systems.

Automating Residential Leasing and Property Operations

Residential property operators often manage leasing and resident services through multiple disconnected systems, requiring teams to manually respond to enquiries, update records and coordinate maintenance. As portfolios grow, these repetitive processes can increase administrative workloads and make it more difficult to maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing residents.

Lette addresses these challenges through AI agents that support the residential lifecycle, from initial enquiries and lease agreements to ongoing resident services. Its platform can answer questions, manage follow-ups, coordinate maintenance and flag missed rent payments for property managers to review. Residents can communicate through email, WhatsApp, SMS, voice and Lette’s dedicated app, while operators continue using their existing management software.

The platform integrates with property management systems such as Yardi and MRI Software, allowing information to flow between applications without requiring operators to migrate their existing data or replace their infrastructure.

According to Lette, its technology currently supports more than 30,000 homes across residential portfolios. The company reports that over 60% of resident support and maintenance requests are handled automatically, while the time required to lease a property has been reduced from approximately two weeks to fewer than four days. Lette also says its platform helped one build-to-rent operator add more than 1,000 homes to its portfolio without increasing headcount.

Its customers include JLL and major financial institutions operating across the UK and Ireland. The company initially developed its technology alongside residential operators in Ireland before expanding its focus to larger institutional property portfolios.

Funding to Accelerate UK Growth and European Expansion

The $6.5 million Seed round follows earlier Pre-Seed backing from Lugus and Baseline, alongside continued support from Pitchdrive. The new investment comes as Lette expands its operations in the UK, where institutional residential operators are increasingly looking for ways to automate administrative work and manage larger property portfolios.

The company has recently opened a London office and reports that its team has grown sixfold over the past year. The new capital will allow Lette to continue hiring across product development, engineering and customer operations while strengthening its relationships with residential operators in the UK.

Lette also plans to enter additional European markets in 2027, building on its existing operations in Ireland and the UK. Its longer-term strategy is to develop an AI-powered operating platform that supports residential teams throughout the lifecycle of a property, connecting leasing, resident communications, maintenance and operational management.

With the new funding, Lette aims to expand its presence among institutional residential operators while developing additional automation capabilities for property management teams.
