The funding will accelerate product development, expand integrations, strengthen customer support, and grow the team.
Enhancing Restaurant Operations
Founded to solve communication challenges faced by restaurant operators, Hostie helps manage reservations, takeout orders, private event inquiries, phone calls, text messages, and guest interactions through a single AI-powered platform. The solution enables restaurant teams to focus on hospitality while automating routine communication.
Today, hundreds of restaurants across the U.S. use Hostie, including independent venues, hospitality groups, and enterprise restaurant brands.
Expanding AI-Powered Guest Services
Since launch, Hostie has handled more than two million guest conversations, processed 24 million messages, booked over 400,000 reservations, and supported more than 50,000 private event inquiries. The company plans to introduce new capabilities, including direct takeout ordering and additional hospitality technology integrations.
Supporting Future Growth
The investment will also support hiring and business expansion following recent leadership appointments in sales and marketing. Hostie aims to continue developing AI tools that help restaurant operators improve guest communication while preserving the personal hospitality experience.
