San Francisco-based Journify has raised $12 million in Series A funding to expand its advertising data infrastructure platform into the US and Europe. The round was led by Al Mada Ventures and co-led by returning investor Silicon Badia. Existing investors Shorooq and Bunat Ventures increased their investments, while Du Ventures and Oraseya Capital joined as new backers.
The financing comes as Journify reports more than fivefold revenue growth and a valuation four times higher than its previous round. Founded in 2022 by Taoufik El Jamali, Amine Chouki and Omar Al Shoubaki, the company is headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in Dubai and Riyadh.
Journify provides infrastructure that connects customer activity across websites, mobile applications, ecommerce systems and physical stores with advertising platforms. More than 100 businesses currently use its technology, representing hundreds of millions of dollars in annual advertising spending.
Connecting Customer Data With Advertising Platforms
Advertising platforms increasingly rely on automated systems to determine which audiences to target and how to allocate campaign budgets. These systems depend on conversion data, including purchases, registrations and other customer actions, to evaluate performance and optimise future campaigns.
However, browser restrictions, incomplete tracking and disconnected sales systems can prevent advertisers from sharing accurate conversion information. The problem is particularly relevant for businesses that operate across both online and physical channels.
Journify addresses this by collecting and connecting first-party customer data from websites, mobile applications, CRM systems, ecommerce platforms, offline transactions and data warehouses. Its platform validates and enriches conversion events before transmitting consented information through server-side integrations with Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap and Amazon Ads.
The company also uses AI to monitor data connections, identify problems affecting signal quality and help resolve them. Its AI Insights product allows marketers to analyse advertising performance by asking questions about their data.
Journify reports measurable improvements among its customers. Saudi retailer Jarir Bookstore increased its return on ad spend on Meta by 182%, while ecommerce company Baytonia reported an 80% increase in return on ad spend on TikTok and a 44% reduction in cost per purchase.
These results reflect individual customer cases rather than average performance across the platform.
Series A to Support US and European Expansion
The $12 million investment will support Journify’s expansion beyond the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, where it has established its initial customer base. The company plans to enter the US and European markets while expanding the AI capabilities of its platform.
Its development priorities include improving automated monitoring of advertising data, detecting signal-quality issues and extending the analytical capabilities of AI Insights.
“AI is transforming advertising, but the intelligence behind it is only as good as the signals it receives,” said Taoufik El Jamali, Co-Founder and CEO of Journify.
The round follows earlier strategic funding announced in 2025, when the company reported a doubling of its valuation alongside expansion across the GCC. Silicon Badia, which participated in that financing, has returned as co-lead investor in the Series A.
Hossam Shafick, Partner at Silicon Badia, said Journify’s revenue had increased more than fivefold since the firm’s initial investment, while its valuation had grown by more than four times.
Journify has also appointed Ryan Burke, a former three-time Chief Revenue Officer, to its board as it prepares to enter the US market. Burke previously worked with El Jamali at InVision.
The company will use its existing advertising data infrastructure as the foundation for international expansion, with additional investment in AI tools designed to improve the accuracy and usability of customer signals.
