Netris, a network automation company specializing in AI infrastructure, has raised $15 million in Series A funding led by Andreessen Horowitz. The investment follows rapid business growth, with the company reporting 800% ARR growth and more than 35 enterprise deployments over the past year. The funding will support global expansion, product development, and growth of its partner ecosystem.
Automating AI Infrastructure
Netris develops the NAAM (Network Automation, Abstraction, and Multi-Tenancy) platform, which enables AI cloud operators to automate network management for GPU clusters. The platform simplifies provisioning, enforces secure multi-tenancy, and helps operators maximize GPU utilization across large-scale AI environments.
The company works with AI cloud providers, sovereign AI operators, and AI infrastructure vendors, while maintaining partnerships across the NVIDIA ecosystem, including HPE, Red Hat, Mirantis, Rafay, Spectro Cloud, and vCluster.
“Every era of computing has needed a new networking foundation — first for the virtualized data center, then for the cloud, and now for AI,” said Guido Appenzeller, partner at Andreessen Horowitz. “GPU clusters run across many fabrics at once, and legacy automation was never built for that. Netris is the platform AI cloud operators standardize on to solve it, and we are excited to partner with them on this journey.”
Accelerating Global Expansion
Netris currently supports more than 35 AI cloud deployments worldwide, serving organizations including Lightning AI, TensorWave, TELUS, YOTTA, Visionbay.ai, Firmus, and HPE. The company plans to use the new funding to expand its global presence, strengthen partnerships, and meet growing demand for AI infrastructure automation.
“Netris spent years building the platform AI cloud operators now standardize on,” said Alex Saroyan, CEO and co-founder of Netris. “That foundation is why we’ve reached 35+ live deployments at many of the largest AI clouds in the world and built the ecosystem around them. Andreessen Horowitz has a long track record backing category-defining infrastructure companies. Martin Casado, Raghu Raghuram, and Guido Appenzeller revolutionized networking for datacenters. Netris is doing the same for AI.”
