Tellia, an AI-powered agricultural technology platform designed to capture and structure field data through voice, messaging, photos and text, has raised $5 million in pre-seed funding. The round was led by Revent, with participation from Grey Silo Ventures, Jeriko and Fund F.
Simplifying Data Collection in the Field
Tellia enables agricultural teams to record disease sightings, spray decisions, scouting notes and crew updates without traditional forms or office-based software. Field workers can communicate through calls, voice notes, WhatsApp messages, photos or text in different languages, while the platform structures the information and connects the data to the relevant field, crop and crew.
“The ag industry keeps facing the same challenge: the people who spend their days in the field spend their evenings at a keyboard. That was never a data problem. It was an interface problem.” - Coline Labadie de Faÿ, CEO and co-founder of Tellia
Growing Across the US and Europe
Within two months of onboarding, 80% of US field teams using Tellia engage with the platform daily. Tellia is deployed across one million acres, with customers including Campos Brothers Farms and Duckhorn wineries in the US, as well as Institut Français de la Vigne et du Vin, Val de Gascogne and KWS Saat in Europe.
The new capital will support further development of Tellia’s voice AI, expansion of an agentic layer connecting field operations with other agricultural technology systems, and team growth across the US and Europe.
