ApartmentIQ, a multifamily market intelligence platform providing pricing, availability, forecasting and AI-powered tools for property operators, secured an additional $25 million investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE). The funding follows ApartmentIQ surpassing 8 million customer units and will support expansion of the company’s market data platform and AI execution capabilities.
Expanding Multifamily Market Intelligence
ApartmentIQ serves more than 1,500 portfolios and 70% of the NMHC Top 50, supported by six years of daily pricing and availability data covering 40 million units. The data foundation powers market surveys and newer products including Explore Pro, a research and forecasting platform, and Daylight, an AI-powered revenue management solution.
Both products provide multifamily operators, investors and developers with real-time market intelligence, asset-level forecasts and pricing insights. Explore Pro and Daylight are each expected to surpass 1 million customer units during the first year.
Moving Into Agentic AI
ApartmentIQ is also expanding from market insights into automated execution through MavenAI, an AI marketing agent for multifamily operators. MavenAI integrates with property management systems to update Google Business Profiles, publish social content and automate marketing workflows. More than 10,000 properties currently use the platform.
$25M for Product and Team Growth
The additional investment from SGE will accelerate development of ApartmentIQ’s all-in-one market data platform and AI products. Capital will also support expansion across engineering, data, product and go-to-market teams as ApartmentIQ builds technology designed to predict market outcomes and automate operational work.
