BigBear.ai, a NYSE-listed provider of mission-ready artificial intelligence for national security, announced the acquisition of certain technologies from CargoSeer, Ltd., an AI software company focused on cargo scanning enhancement and trade risk management for customs enforcement, for an undisclosed amount.
CargoSeer’s AI Shipment Inspection Platform enhances Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) by combining automated image analysis, computer vision, machine learning, and trade and cargo data to help customs operators identify high-risk shipments, detect threats, and improve inspection efficiency at ports of entry.
