BKN301, a global fintech architecture provider, announced the completion of a new credit facility from funds and accounts managed by BlackRock, alongside the acquisition of Planky, a UK-based company specialised in AI-powered financial analytics and open banking. The credit facility complements the latest Series B round, bringing total capital raised to €33 million. The new investment strengthens BKN301’s growth roadmap, supporting broader market expansion, accelerated technology development, and an active M&A strategy.
BKN301 begins integrating Planky’s proprietary AI and data analytics engine into its modular digital banking architecture. Planky’s machine learning models — designed for real-time insights, behavioural scoring, and predictive analytics — will increase automation, intelligence, and operational efficiency across BKN301’s infrastructure. This enhancement enables partner banks and fintechs to deliver more personalised and faster digital banking services while maintaining strong compliance and scalability.
