Enabled Talent today launched SudburyJobs.ca at the NORCAT Innovation Centre in Greater Sudbury, Ontario. The platform is a regional workforce connection system that brings jobseekers, employers, employment service providers, educators, and government agencies into a single shared infrastructure built for Northern Ontario.
The company was co-founded by Amandipp Singh, whose experience navigating employment barriers as a person with low vision shaped the platform's design from the ground up. SudburyJobs.ca is built specifically to reach populations that traditional hiring platforms consistently fail, including persons with disabilities, newcomers, and Indigenous workers, while serving the full range of local talent and employers across the region.
The platform is not a job board. It is powered by WIN by Enabled Talent, the Workforce Inclusion Network, an employment infrastructure system that uses AI-powered skills matching, accessibility-first design, and local labour market context to connect people with work that fits their skills and circumstances. Cities and municipalities can deploy it under their own regional brand. Employers, NGOs, educators, and government all operate within the same system through purpose-built portals.
"Congratulations to Enabled Talent on the launch of SudburyJobs.ca. By removing barriers and focusing on skills, this platform is opening new inclusive pathways to employment, recognizing that people with disabilities and other underserved communities are an essential part of our workforce, and helping ensure everyone has the chance at a good-paying job in Ontario."
George Pirie, Minister of Northern Economic Development and Growth, Province of Ontario
The official launch was attended by a distinguished group of government leaders, including Minister George Pirie, MPP Jamie West (Sudbury), MPP France Gelinas (Nickel Belt), MP Viviane Lapointe (Sudbury), and Mayor Paul Lefebvre of Greater Sudbury. NORCAT Innovation served as host partner for the event, bringing its regional network and mandate for Northern Ontario economic development to the initiative.
The platform targets sectors with documented workforce shortages across the region, including mining supply and services, cleantech, and skilled trades. Employers gain access to accommodations-aware hiring workflows and a local talent pool. An Access Passport layer allows jobseekers to share verified credentials and accommodation needs with employers on a consent basis, without disclosing medical information.
"NORCAT is proud to host the launch of SudburyJobs.ca. Talent is the foundation of innovation, and building inclusive infrastructure for Northern Ontario's workforce is exactly the kind of regional impact we exist to support."
Pejman Salehi, CEO, NORCAT Innovation
"Northern Ontario has real workforce shortages in sectors that drive the regional economy. SudburyJobs.ca gives Sudbury something it has not had before: employment infrastructure built for local conditions, with inclusive design at the core. This is a model built to serve every city that needs it."
Amandipp Singh, Co-Founder and CEO, Enabled Talent

Marie, and Timmins for additional Northern Ontario deployments later in 2026, alongside municipal partners in the Greater Toronto Area and government stakeholders in Bermuda and Central Asia.
