Fluent Commerce, a global Order Management Systems (OMS) provider enabling AI-ready commerce operations for leading brands, secured A$46 million in new funding from Bain Capital. The investment supports profitable global expansion, accelerates customer acquisition, and advances AI-powered capabilities within Fluent Order Management, including the rollout of the Fluent Connect integration platform.
Funding to Accelerate Global Expansion and AI Innovation
Capital will fund further “AI with ROI” initiatives, expand into priority international markets, and strengthen product innovation. Fluent Commerce delivers scalable, distributed order management technology that helps brands optimise inventory, increase speed, and enhance customer experiences. Customers include Prada Group, L’Oréal, Kingfisher, LVMH, and JD Sports.
“At Fluent Commerce, our goal is to serve our customers with real-time data to enable them to remove profit leaks and to grow. Whether it’s into a new market or launching a new brand or experience, we provide the decision-making engine for AI-ready commerce operations. This investment from Bain Capital enables us to supercharge our international growth and become the AI powerhouse for global brands,” said CEO Graham Jackson.
Launch of Fluent Connect Integration Platform
Fluent Connect, launched in January, enables retailers and brands to integrate Fluent Order Management with payment gateways, carriers, and POS systems within hours rather than weeks. The platform reduces integration complexity, accelerates deployment, and supports continuous innovation at scale.
