Gumloop, an AI automation and agent platform designed to help employees build and deploy AI-powered workflows across organizations, announced a $50M Series B funding round led by Benchmark with participation from Nexus Venture Partners, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, Box Group, The Cannon Project and Shopify Ventures. Funding will accelerate development of the platform’s AI automation infrastructure and expand enterprise adoption.
AI Automation Platform
Gumloop provides tools that allow employees across organizations to build AI agents and automations without technical expertise. The platform enables creation of proactive AI agents that integrate with workplace tools such as Slack, Teams and email, allowing teams to automate repetitive tasks and operational workflows.
Gumloop’s core platform enables teams to build, share and orchestrate AI agents across business processes while connecting enterprise data and multiple AI model providers. Organizations including Shopify, Ramp, Gusto, Samsara, Instacart and Opendoor use the platform to deploy AI-driven workflows.
Security and Governance
Gumloop also developed Gumstack, a security and monitoring platform designed to give security teams visibility and control over AI agents across an organization. The system tracks data usage and tool calls across various AI tools including internal agents, ChatGPT, Claude Code and other AI systems, enabling auditing and governance of enterprise AI deployments.
Enterprise Adoption and Growth
Product design focuses on usability, enabling employees across departments to build and deploy AI workflows directly. Continuous customer feedback, workshops and enterprise collaboration have influenced platform development and product expansion.
Ev Randle, Benchmark, said: “The incredible adoption & expansion we’re seeing within enterprises firsthand is a testament to the depth of this team’s commitment to their users & customers.”
Gumloop continues expanding its global team while developing infrastructure for secure, enterprise-scale AI automation across organizations.
