inploi, the fast-growing AI talent technology platform helping employers hire at scale, has been selected for the Government's G-Cloud 15 framework, making it easier for public sector organisations to procure its technology through the Crown Commercial Service (CCS).
The G-Cloud framework enables public sector organisations, including central government, NHS trusts, local authorities and other public bodies, to procure pre-approved cloud services more quickly and efficiently, helping accelerate digital transformation while reducing complexity.
Modernising High-Volume Hiring
Designed for organisations hiring at scale, inploi helps employers deliver better candidate experiences while improving the efficiency of talent acquisition teams. The platform combines AI-powered candidate engagement, dynamic application journeys, accessible careers sites and advanced analytics, enabling organisations to modernise hiring without replacing existing infrastructure.
Matthew de la Hey, co-founder and CEO of inploi, commented: “Public sector organisations are under increasing pressure to hire efficiently while delivering the kind of digital experience candidates now expect. Being selected for G-Cloud 15 makes it significantly easier for organisations to access technology that improves hiring outcomes without replacing the systems they already rely on.
We've already seen the impact our platform can have across the public sector, and we're looking forward to making those capabilities available to even more organisations through G-Cloud 15. As artificial intelligence continues to reshape talent acquisition, we're investing in enhanced AI capabilities that automate repetitive tasks, engage candidates more intelligently and give talent acquisition teams more time to focus on the conversations that matter, whilst delivering substantial cost-savings across that support struggling public sector finances.”
Building on Funding and Growth
The appointment builds on a period of significant momentum for the business. Earlier this year, inploi secured £3 million in funding led by YFM Equity Partners to accelerate product development, international expansion and the rollout of its AI-powered Talent Agents. Since launching its enterprise platform, the company has supported millions of job applications across more than 70,000 vacancies, with customers including Compass Group, GAIL's, wagamama, PureGym, a number of NHS trusts and a range of public sector bodies as part of The Collaboration.
