Journey Further Appoints Ben Terry as First CTO to Drive Innovation and Global Growth

Journey Further, a leading performance marketing agency, has announced the appointment of Ben Terry as its inaugural Chief Technology Officer. Based in London, Ben will join the Global Operations Team and report directly to CEO Robin Skidmore.

With nearly 20 years of experience in technology leadership and operational management, Ben most recently held the role of Executive Vice President of Operations at Jellyfish. As a founding partner of Splash Worldwide, a global creative production and technology agency acquired by Jellyfish in 2019, Ben played a key role in transforming a London-based print production company into a global organization with offices in London, New York, Portland, Amsterdam, and Singapore.

In his new position, Ben will lead Journey Further’s technology strategy, overseeing the development of the agency’s proprietary marketing technology platform, Salient™, while streamlining and optimizing internal systems across the business. His appointment reinforces the agency’s commitment to technological advancement and operational excellence.
