Luxury Presence, a growth platform for relationship-driven real estate agents, announced a $37 million funding round to accelerate the launch of Presence® CRM, an AI-powered relationship engine designed to uncover hidden deals within agents’ existing networks. The new capital supports the evolution from digital presence provider to a unified, agent-branded platform that brings together relationships, data, and client experience from first interaction through closing and beyond.

Presence® CRM is built to eliminate the manual work that pulls high-performing agents away from their sphere by automatically unifying contacts, communication history, social signals, website activity, and third-party data. The platform surfaces timely opportunities, detects meaningful life events and shifts in readiness, and uses Presence® AI to generate on-brand outreach and daily “Smart Tasks,” allowing agents to focus on building trust and closing deals, particularly in high-value luxury markets.

The raise includes $22 million in Series C equity led for the third time by Bessemer Venture Partners and a $15 million debt facility from J.P. Morgan, bringing total funding to $89 million. The round follows a period of strong momentum marked by profitability, more than 40% revenue growth in 2025, and scale across 87,000 agents and 17,000 businesses, with over $450 billion in transactions closed on the platform in the past year.

Byron Deeter, Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, said: “We’ve seen Luxury Presence evolve from a trusted tech provider to the category-defining growth platform for real estate agents. With Presence® CRM, Luxury Presence’s vision has the potential to transform one of the world’s largest and oldest industries.
