Plug and Play, one of the world’s leading startup accelerators and VC firms, is hosting the Plug and Play Germany Summit on March 10 in Munich, its first major AI-focused, cross-industry event in Europe. The Summit will bring together corporate leaders, startup founders, investors, and public officials to explore how artificial intelligence and emerging technologies are transforming industries across Europe and beyond.

AI is changing how industries operate, making cross-industry collaboration more important than ever. Plug and Play’s AI Centers of Excellence are expanding globally. These strategic hubs connect corporations, governments, universities, and foundations to advance AI adoption. They support innovation and talent development within each region. The goal is to help regions strengthen their technology ecosystems and drive long-term growth.

Building on the success of its AI Centers of Excellence in the United States, Plug and Play will convene its European ecosystem in Munich. The event will bring together corporate leaders, government representatives, entrepreneurs, investors, media, and technology stakeholders to explore applied AI, collaboration opportunities, and regional innovation.

Plug and Play has invited a select group of 350+ practitioners from across the professional landscape, ensuring that every connection made is meaningful and every conversation is rooted in high-level AI experience.

The agenda is built around three of Europe’s key AI challenges in 2026:

  • AI Implementation across industries: Sharing measurable outcomes
  • The VC perspective on AI investments: Tangible use cases vs. the next big bubble
  • Corporate innovation: Successful tech adoption within organizations
