Procurement Sciences, a Washington, DC-based AI software company transforming how businesses find, win, and deliver government contracts, announced the completion of a $30 million Series B funding round. The investment was led by Catalyst Investors, joined by Battery Ventures, Bosch Ventures, Citi, Tower Research Ventures, Blu Ventures, K Street Capital, and several strategic angel investors.

The funding accelerates the company’s mission to modernize government contracting through Awarded AI, the first AI-native operating system designed specifically for the GovCon sector.

The oversubscribed round confirms strong investor confidence from experienced deep-tech and industrial backers. Working closely with this international consortium will enable us to transform world-class research into a scalable product,” said Dr. Moritz Futscher, CEO and Co-Founder of Procurement Sciences.

Awarded AI integrates artificial intelligence throughout the entire contracting lifecycle — from opportunity discovery and proposal generation to compliance and delivery. The platform is trusted by over 300 organizations, including four of the Top 10 defense and aerospace contractors and nearly 25% of the Top 100 GovCon firms.

Awarded AI’s capabilities allow for rapid proposal creation, automated compliance checks, and instant bid intelligence, significantly reducing manual workloads. The system’s design focuses on scalability, flexibility, and accessibility — deployable across on-premises, GovCloud, and commercial environments — to meet the needs of both emerging and enterprise contractors.

The new funding will drive product innovation, team expansion, and geographic growth, with plans to open additional offices in Washington D.C. and other federal hubs. Procurement Sciences is also enhancing customer success programs with deeper integrations, advanced training, and tailored support.

The company’s vision centers on AI-enabled government contracting, where automation complements human expertise, helping teams operate faster, smarter, and more strategically.

Procurement Sciences continues to define a new category in GovCon, establishing a benchmark for how AI transforms business operations within the public sector.
