Shiplog, an agentic customer intelligence startup building AI-powered decision infrastructure for revenue teams, raised nearly $1 million in pre-seed funding from Kima Ventures, Project Europe, Purple, No Label Ventures, 100IN and the Station F Fund. Founded in March 2026, the company is developing Ada, an AI agent designed to analyze customer behavior, determine next-best actions and execute workflows across existing enterprise systems.
Building Agentic Customer Intelligence
Ada connects with platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Shopify and Stripe, combining fragmented customer information into a continuously updated view. The agent identifies expansion opportunities, detects churn risks, highlights adoption challenges and recommends actions supported by customer data.
Rather than relying on static segments and dashboards, Shiplog positions agentic customer intelligence as a decision layer between customer data and revenue operations. Ada can also execute selected actions directly within existing business tools.
Expanding Enterprise Adoption
Shiplog is launching initial enterprise partner pilots from Station F, targeting businesses with high customer volumes and rapidly changing customer behavior. The nearly $1 million financing will support development of the platform and the broader goal of establishing agentic customer intelligence as a foundational layer for customer-facing organizations.
