Xposure Music, the intelligent financing and investment platform for independent artists, announced the closing of $42.5M USD in new debt and equity funding, bringing total capital raised to more than $50M USD. The round includes debt financing from Andalusian Credit Partners alongside equity participation from select family offices and private investors. By combining underwriting technology with data-driven catalog valuation, Xposure Music provides emerging artists with streamlined access to capital and industry opportunities that have historically been limited to major-label talent.

We’re thrilled to work with Andalusian as partners in our mission to become one of the world’s leading independent catalog buyers,” said Ryan Garber, co-founder and co-CEO of Xposure Music. “Our goal is to continue to serve as the gateway for emerging artists to access meaningful funding and take their careers to the next level, and this investment gives us the resources to make that possible.

Operating within an increasingly competitive music landscape, Xposure Music offers independent artists financing options supported by proprietary evaluation systems, exposure to innovative marketing programs, and direct connections with a network of A&Rs, managers, and producers. This model helps bridge a longstanding gap in artist financing by granting access to deal structures once available only to high-profile acts.

Independent artists should have access to the same level of financing and deal structures that were once limited to major stars,” said Gregory Walfish, co-founder and co-CEO of Xposure Music. “With this new capital and our underwriting technology, we are doubling down on our mission to be long-term partners for the next generation of independent artists.

The latest funding follows a strategic partnership with Too Lost, an independent music distribution platform, designed to accelerate the acquisition and distribution of independent music catalogs. Over the past 18 months, Xposure Music has deployed capital to nearly 100 artists, and with this new investment, the company intends to scale operations further, expand catalog acquisitions, and fund a broader range of independent talent.
