410 Medical, a medical device company developing technologies for emergency and critical care, has raised $12 million in financing led by Orlando Health Ventures. Hatteras Venture Partners, Ballad Health, OSF Healthcare, Rex Health Ventures, CU Healthcare Innovations Fund, Sarnova, Catalyst by Wellstar, Tampa General and an undisclosed strategic investor also participated. The funding will support commercial expansion and development of the next-generation LifeFlow infuser.
Expanding LifeFlow Adoption
LifeFlow products help clinicians rapidly deliver fluids and blood to patients facing sepsis, hemorrhagic shock and other life-threatening conditions. More than 500 hospitals and EMS agencies currently use the technology, with nearly 80,000 patients treated to date. The new capital will expand adoption across additional healthcare systems and emergency services.

410 Medical plans to launch the next generation of LifeFlow in 2027. Built on nearly a decade of feedback from frontline medical providers, the new device will focus on greater speed, portability and ease of use in critical resuscitation settings.
