Adaptive Innovations, an AI-native healthcare provider focused on home health services, has raised $50 million in Series A funding after a previous $10 million seed round. The financing was led by Felicis and Bain Capital Ventures, with participation from Optum Ventures, Sunflower Capital, Conviction, BoxGroup, SV Angels, Dorm Room Fund, Constellation, and other healthcare and technology investors.
Modernizing Home Health Operations
Home healthcare providers face significant operational costs tied to scheduling, documentation, billing, compliance, and care coordination. These inefficiencies contribute to billions of dollars in rejected home health referrals each year despite strong patient demand and available clinical staff.
Adaptive is developing an AI operating system designed to automate administrative workflows while supporting clinicians delivering care in patients' homes. The platform aims to expand access to treatment, including patients often turned away by traditional providers.
Strong Early Growth
Since launching in 2025, Adaptive has delivered more than 100,000 home visits and partnered with over 500 healthcare organizations, including major hospital systems across Texas. The company reports a rehospitalization rate of 4.9%, compared to an industry average of 12.9%, while reducing clinician documentation time by approximately 80%.
Expanding Across New Markets
The new funding will support team growth and geographic expansion into additional U.S. states. Adaptive's team includes engineers and operators from organizations such as Scale AI, Palantir, Jane Street, and the U.S. Army Rangers.
