The funding will accelerate development of AI systems designed to reduce early-stage real estate planning timelines from months to days.

Founded by Mehdi Rais and Amine Chraibi, Davis combines proprietary AI models with in-house architectural expertise to deliver feasibility studies, site analysis, financial modeling, floor plans, and space optimization through a unified workflow.
The company positions itself as a full-stack real estate operator rather than a traditional software provider, aiming to replace fragmented processes involving multiple firms and long coordination cycles.
Technology and Gaudi-1 Model
Davis introduced Gaudi-1, a proprietary architectural generation model built to create building layouts under regulatory and structural constraints. Unlike traditional image-generation approaches, the system operates in a discrete architectural space where constraints are integrated directly into the generation process.
The company states that Gaudi-1 has achieved state-of-the-art results on RPLAN and MSD benchmarks across IoU, FID, and KID metrics.
