Iterative is a YC-style accelerator focused exclusively on startups in Southeast Asia. Founded by former Y Combinator partners, the program backs early-stage teams, from idea to MVP and beyond, helping them hit growth targets and raise capital from top global investors.
The accelerator runs two batches per year (one in March, another in September), and is remote-first, designed to work for founders across SEA.
Investment
- Iterative invests between USD $150,000 and USD $500,000
- Investment is made using a post-money SAFE
- In return for approximately 10–15% of your company
- Founders can apply with just an idea or at any stage of development
- Iterative accepts teams working across any vertical or business model
How the program works
The core program lasts 3 months and is built around weekly structure, direct partner engagement, and fast iteration:
- Weekly 1:1s with a partner
- Weekly Group Office Hours with 5-7 startups, focused on metrics and goals
- Weekly Talks by founders, investors, and domain experts
- Assignments to help founders focus on growth and eliminate distractions
- Founder peer groups matched for honest conversations and shared learning
Demo Day
At the end of each batch, startups present to 500+ investors at Demo Day. Investors include:
- VCs from Southeast Asia, Silicon Valley, and other global hubs
- Angels and early-stage operators
- Firms actively writing checks and leading rounds
Iterative helps founders prepare to raise, including pitch reviews, fundraising strategy, and warm intros.
After the program
Support doesn’t stop at Demo Day. Founders continue to receive:
- Fundraising guidance and VC introductions
- Hiring support, especially for key product and growth roles
- Access to Iterative’s internal team, including recruiting and design help
- Community connection via in-person and remote founder meetups
Iterative operates with a focus on founder experience, speed, and high-accountability execution. Founders are encouraged to work fast, measure results weekly, and build companies that scale.
