MyDello, a digital freight forwarding platform focused on simplifying global trade through a single digital-first interface, announced the successful close of a €3.1 million funding round led by Icelandic venture fund Frumtak Ventures, with strong follow-on participation from early investor Superhero Capital.

The funding will accelerate efforts to modernize the fragmented global logistics industry by expanding AI-powered capabilities, supporting entry into new European markets, and enhancing a platform already used by more than 12,500 businesses. The investment reflects growing demand for transparent, efficient alternatives to legacy logistics processes still reliant on manual workflows and paperwork.

Frumtak Ventures joined the round following strong platform traction and market adoption, while Superhero Capital increased its stake, reaffirming confidence in MyDello’s growth trajectory. As part of the investment, MyDello appointed Andri Heiðar Kristinsson, General Partner at Frumtak Ventures, and Jevgeni Kabanov, President of Bolt, to the Board of Directors, joining seasoned technology leader Jussi Pyörre.

The new capital supports development of AI-driven predictive logistics tools, with an initial focus on shipment tracking and automation, aiming to streamline operations and anticipate delays using data from carriers, ports, weather, and traffic systems. Strategic expansion is underway in the UK and Iceland, markets with complex logistics needs well suited to a digital-first approach.

With consistent growth and a rapidly expanding customer base, MyDello is targeting full European coverage by 2027, building a unified logistics network that enables seamless global shipping through a single digital platform.
