Reflectiz, a web exposure management platform, announced the completion of a $22 million Series B funding round led by Fulcrum Equity Partners, joined by Capri Ventures, YYM Ventures, AFG Partners, and additional investors. The raised capital will drive expansion of the Reflectiz product portfolio, enabling comprehensive Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) capabilities for websites. The funding will also strengthen the partner and alliances ecosystem, accelerate market reach, and support the establishment of a new global headquarters in Boston, where team growth is underway. Reflectiz’s agentless, AI-powered platform continuously monitors and safeguards websites from third-party risks, advancing beyond conventional website security tools.

Modern enterprises encounter escalating challenges in protecting web infrastructures as digital ecosystems grow increasingly complex due to third-party integrations, open-source components, marketing pixels, and dynamic tags that often operate outside IT oversight. Reflectiz addresses these challenges by concentrating on the web exposure layer of Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). According to Gartner, organizations implementing CTEM programs are projected to reduce breach incidents by two-thirds by 2026. The Reflectiz platform delivers visibility and intelligence that empower enterprises to manage risk proactively while minimizing alert overload by highlighting only critical, actionable vulnerabilities.

For any website, the Reflectiz system instantly identifies all third-party tools, open-source elements, and external services, simulating code behavior to create a comprehensive risk map. The fully agentless and remote design requires no code installation or data access. Advanced AI capabilities de-obfuscate suspicious JavaScript in real time, converting tasks that previously demanded extensive manual analysis into immediate automated insights. This combination of intelligence and ease of deployment provides enterprises with complete oversight and governance of exposed digital assets.

We’ve been impressed from the start with Idan and the Reflectiz team’s operational rigor and focus,” said Jim Douglass, Partner at Fulcrum Equity Partners. “Their platform delivers a scalable solution that enables enterprises to safeguard their digital footprint with clarity and speed. We’re proud to back their mission and help accelerate their expansion.

Reflectiz technology is relied upon by a rapidly expanding base of Fortune 500 companies and international enterprises across finance, e-commerce, insurance, and healthcare sectors. These organizations use the platform to minimize compliance risks, optimize security operations, and protect digital reputations. The new funding positions Reflectiz to broaden the customer network and further empower security leaders to take control of the full web attack surface.

Enterprises invest millions to secure their own code, sharpening their SDLC process with their team, when the real risks are quietly entering through third parties and open sources beyond their control,” said Idan Cohen, co-founder and CEO of Reflectiz. “Standard website security is outdated, and traditional vulnerability management is no longer enough. Our mission is to challenge the status quo; Reflectiz brings the complete picture of web exposure and we believe this is where the industry is inevitably moving.
