Skarbe has secured $600K in funding to advance development of its AI-powered chat platform, designed to help startup founders close deals without relying on traditional CRM systems. While CRMs often turn selling into a burdensome, time-consuming task, Skarbe provides a streamlined alternative by integrating with Gmail and calendars to eliminate manual data entry. With natural-language commands like “What’s next?” or “Create deal for Acme Corp,” the system delivers smart suggestions, pre-written emails, and relevant context drawn directly from ongoing conversations.

Skarbe addresses a widespread issue: the disconnect between current sales tools and the way early-stage companies actually operate. Founders frequently abandon traditional CRMs due to their complexity and irrelevance to multitasking teams. Spreadsheets, sticky notes, and inboxes offer limited scalability and often result in lost leads. Meanwhile, expensive CRMs cater to full-time sales professionals, not startup leaders wearing multiple hats. In contrast, Skarbe is purpose-built to support founder-led sales by automating follow-ups, organizing deals without input, and preparing meetings based on real-time calendar data.

The funding round was led by FIRSTPICK, with participation from Somersault Ventures, prolific investor Andreas Mihalovits, and Jeroen Van Ermen of Talent Business Partners. Support from this group reflects confidence in Skarbe’s founder-first approach. As Dmitrij from FIRSTPICK noted: “Skarbe turns your inbox, meetings, and calls into structured deal flow — with zero input. That’s what founders need right now.”

Skarbe is now expanding its capabilities to further reduce friction in the sales process. New features will include smarter follow-ups that draft replies automatically, auto-creation of deals from conversations, a mobile version for on-the-go access, and AI customization to reflect each user’s communication style. Currently supporting more than 100 languages and 2,500+ users, the platform is available and free to start, offering a modern alternative to traditional CRMs.
