VITL, an operating system for cash-pay healthcare clinics, announced a $7.5 million Series A led by SignalFire to modernize prescription workflows for preventative and concierge care providers. The platform connects clinics with verified compounding pharmacies, enabling real-time pricing, centralized ordering and prescription tracking while reducing operational inefficiencies.
Modern Infrastructure for Cash-Pay Clinics
Cash-pay healthcare providers often rely on manual workflows and fragmented pharmacy systems. VITL replaces multiple pharmacy portals with a single marketplace where clinics compare pharmacies, manage prescriptions and provide real-time tracking to patients. The platform streamlines order management, reduces administrative workload and improves operational visibility across the prescription lifecycle.
Platform Growth and Market Adoption
VITL launched in late 2024 and has scaled to more than 630 clinics and 1,000 prescribers, delivering eight-figure ARR within two years. Clinics report significant productivity gains and cost savings through automated workflows and centralized pharmacy operations.
Expansion Roadmap
Funding will accelerate pharmacy network expansion, deeper automation across prescription workflows and new tools for program management, compliance and interoperability. The platform aims to eliminate operational friction for preventative healthcare clinics and improve efficiency across cash-pay healthcare delivery.
