Testlio, a software testing company specialising in human-led quality assurance, has joined the OpenAI Partner Network as a Select Partner. The company will focus on helping enterprises validate AI applications and agents before and after deployment.
The partnership brings together OpenAI’s AI models and products with Testlio’s global network of testers, who evaluate how AI systems perform across different markets, languages and user environments.
Testing AI Systems in Real-World Conditions
Testlio provides human-in-the-loop testing for companies developing AI-powered products, assistants and autonomous agents.
Its global network of domain experts evaluates AI systems beyond basic functionality, including the quality of generated responses, whether systems correctly interpret user requests, hallucination detection and potential bias.
Testlio matches testers to customers’ target audiences and markets to assess how AI applications behave under real-world conditions. Its testing covers different devices, languages, payment methods and user scenarios.
“Every enterprise deploying AI today faces the same question: how do you know it actually works, everywhere, for everyone? Our partnership with OpenAI combines their model capabilities with Testlio’s real-world testing infrastructure, real devices, real markets, real users so our joint customers can ship AI products with confidence instead of guesswork,” said Brad Goldstein, VP of Ecosystem Partnerships at Testlio.
Expanding AI Testing Capabilities
Over the past year, Testlio has invested in training its tester network to evaluate AI behaviour, including output quality, intent resolution, hallucinations and bias.
The company has also introduced AI capabilities into LeoCore, its platform for coordinating crowdsourced testing and managed quality assurance services. Testlio currently supports organisations across industries including streaming, healthcare, fintech and retail.
As an OpenAI Select Partner, Testlio will continue working with OpenAI to support enterprise adoption of AI products, including GPT-5.6 and ChatGPT Work.
The company plans to expand its tester training programmes and further develop LeoCore to help customers identify AI-related issues while maintaining their product release schedules.
