Sola has secured $21M in total funding, including a recently closed $17.5M Series A led by Kimberly Tan and Jennifer Li at Andreessen Horowitz, following a $3.5M seed round led by Sarah Guo at Conviction. The new capital supports the mission to redefine enterprise automation and transform how businesses approach operational work.

While AI adoption has often focused on creative and knowledge-based tasks, the most significant impact is unfolding in the operational core of companies. Back-office processes such as claims processing, compliance reviews, data entry, and document verification — long managed by outsourced teams and manual effort — are now ideal candidates for AI-driven automation. “It’s not about replacing people — it’s about replacing the repetitive,” said Jessica, co-founder and CEO of Sola.

Sola delivers an agentic process automation platform that enables businesses to automate workflows across applications without code, consultants, or system replacements. Processes can be recorded once and turned into agentic bots that adapt, learn, and interact with software the way humans do. This technology allows logistics companies to update thousands of shipments in hours, law firms to process complex filings seamlessly, and healthcare providers to reconcile billing across disconnected systems with accuracy and speed.

Unlike traditional robotic process automation (RPA), which has often been brittle, costly, and consultant-heavy, Sola offers AI-native, self-healing automation that can be deployed in days rather than quarters. The approach eliminates barriers that previously made automation inaccessible in industries with high engineering costs, marking a fundamental shift in how essential workflows are managed.

Already operating in production environments, Sola powers critical processes for Fortune 100 enterprises, AmLaw 100 firms, and leading organizations in healthcare and logistics. By addressing industries long underserved by software, the platform sets a foundation for scalable, intelligent automation where it is needed most.
